Serum: Collect sample in Red top tube
Plasma: Collect sample in Lavender top tube (EDTA) or Pink top tube.
Promptly centrifuge and separate Serum or Plasma into a plastic screw capped vial using approved guidelines. Flash freeze immediately with dry ice.
